Shipping, Delivery & Returns


We aim to ship every order within 1-3 days. Keep in mind everything is specially handcrafted at home and sometimes we might have annoying technical issues with the printer for example and delay the delivery of your lovely souvenirs. But rest assure that if anything like that happens, we will contact you straight away :)



We seriously doubt that you will ever want to return your amazing souvenirs, but these are the instructions just for some piece of mind:

 Keep in mind:
♥ Refunds will only be issued for unused or faulty items returned to us within 28 days.
♥ Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
♥ Return delivery of the unwanted item must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
♥ We are unable to refund or exchange any items which have been damaged whilst in the customer's care or lost in transit - we recommend you select a tracked service and retain proof of postage in case there are any issues with the return shipping.

Step 1: Submit your return request online
♥ You can submit your return by emailing us at shop@tohomefromlondon within 14 days of receiveing your item. We need your order number, the product(s) you want to return and the reason for it.

Step 2: Wrap the product(s)
♥ Put the product(s) in their original package (where applicable) or in a well sealed package.
♥ If you are using the original packaging please remove any old shipping labels.
